If you would like to request deletion of your personal data from our system, please follow the instructions below. We process all data deletion requests within 7 business days.
Important Notice
Deleting your data will permanently remove your account and all associated information. This includes purchased courses, learning progress, and coin balance. This action cannot be undone.
How to Request Data Deletion
Contact Us
Send an email to surachate1979@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" or "User Data Removal"
Provide Required Information
Include your full name, email address used in the app, and phone number for verification
Verification & Processing
Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 7 days
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, phone, profile picture)
- Account credentials and login information
- Purchase history and course enrollments
- Learning progress and watch history
- Coin balance and transaction records
- Social login connections (Facebook/Google)
- All session data and cookies
Data Retention (Legal Requirements)
Due to legal and tax requirements, we may retain certain data:
- Payment transaction records (retained for 5 years per tax law)
- Payment confirmation slips (retained for 1 year for verification)

ตรวจสอบและดำเนินการ

ยืนยันการลบ

ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ
- ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ (ชื่อ, อีเมล, เบอร์โทร, รูปโปรไฟล์)
- ข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบและรหัสผ่าน
- ประวัติการซื้อและการลงทะเบียนคอร์ส
- ความก้าวหน้าการเรียนและประวัติการรับชม
- ยอดเหรียญและประวัติธุรกรรม
- การเชื่อมต่อ Social Login (Facebook/Google)
- ข้อมูล Session และคุกกี้ทั้งหมด
ข้อมูลที่ยังคงเก็บไว้ (ตามกฎหมาย)
ตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายภาษี เราอาจต้องเก็บข้อมูลบางอย่างไว้:
- รายการธุรกรรมการชำระเงิน (เก็บไว้ 5 ปีตามกฎหมายภาษี)
- สลิปการโอนเงิน (เก็บไว้ 1 ปีเพื่อตรวจสอบย้อนหลัง)
